Which materials do we use for our products?

All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling or stainless steel and is plated with 18k Gold (3 microns). You can always read more about the items you are interested in from their description.

Can I still change/cancel my order?

Once a payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders above €50,00 in the EU.  Pleasse visit our  (youruncommonbrand.com/shippingdelivery) 

For orders outside the EU, please contact us for estimated shipping costs. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. If you cannot find the email, you can always contact us through our contact form.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can track your order.

Do you offer free returns?

We don’t charge anything for returns, however the shipping coasts you need to pay yourself.
