At Y U B you always have the option to return the order incase you are not satisfied with your item. This can be done within 14 days after receipt of the package. Just make sure you return the items unworn, undamaged and in the original package with the attached labels, and keep the return receipt properly until we have fully processed the return.

- Step 2: Fill in the return form (returnform)
- Step 3: Ship your returnable products

- Do you offer free returns?
We don’t charge you for the return, but the shipping costs are for your own account. Please make sure you return the items unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels/ boxes and keep the return receipt properly until we have fully processed the return. - Is it possible to exchange an item?
It is not possible to exchange an item. Do you still want a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself and return the current item to us within 14 days of receipt. Keep in mind that any discounts will expire with the new order. - Can I return my items in a different package?
If you no longer have the original shipping box the items may also be returned in another box. But this doesn’t count for the jewelry box of the item, without the original package we don’t accept your return. It is important that the items are packed properly and that the completed return form is included in the package. - Can I merge multiple orders and return them as one package?
Have you made multiple orders? Then it is also possible to return them together in one package. We would like to ask you to separate between the items, so that we know which items belong to which return (for example, 1 separate bag per order).You can then put both in a larger box so that you have one package. Keep the proof of return until both returns have been processed correctly

- Both the costs and the risk of sending a return shipment are for your own account.
